Update

Yes, I know that I missed Wednesday's post, and that now my order is all screwed up. Oh well. Not much to report, actually - life has kept me very busy this week. I did do a shoot at our Storyteller's concert, and also at a scholarship evening. the scholarship evening wasn't that exciting, and that Storytellers shots are still in queue to be edited. The pictures that WERE edited pertain to The Tremulance album art that I'm shooting. I did the inside liners yesterday, a 9-photo collage of a table covered in Poloroids. I love Photoshop - it took 9 shots taken on a 50mm, and blended them into a nearly-seamless panorama. I would post the shot, but it needs to be blown up fairly big to be appreciated... so you'll have to wait for the album to emerge. I'm also seriously considering switching blogs to SquareSpace - it is pretty freaking sweet, and looks amazing. A little more expensive than what I'm doing now, but it might be worth it.

squarespace is sweet, but you pay for it! my sister in law uses it and its a great platform to showcase you photos online. You just have be able to justify the investment

Yeah, but I already pay for my webhosting - less than 15$ a month, but I think I could justify it. Really, it's the only advertising I do, outside of my ad in Faith Today which runs out next month. Sqaurespace, as far as I understand, includes the hosting fee - you just pay for your domain name separately. Don't you pay anything for your hosting?

Two things.

1. What is your five year plan, Jordan?

2. Squarespace is sweet, and it actually isn't "that" expensive if you buy it a year at a time (which I didn't) and if you use a coupon (which I did).

I actually have a ten-year plan sketched out, which includes starting a family, being involved in a church plant, and improving my photography.

Where did you get a coupon? did you go for the Basic, or the Pro? I think I'd need to go for the pro so I would have enough room to host my photos.

You have to do pro in order to have it at a custom domain.

And as for the coupon, http://tinyurl.com/dbmxpz

hah, thanks for the link, found that the other day as well. Once I make the plunge with money, I would go for Pro for sure - the lite or whatever it's called doesn't make much sense to me.
